Caregiver – Fairfield, AL (Open Availability)

Responsibilities: Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence care. Provide companionship and emotional support. Assist with meals, hydration, and medication reminders. Support clients with dementia, Alzheimer's, and memory-related conditions. Assist with mobility, transfers, repositioning, and bedbound care as qualified. Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal clients' well-being and report changes or safety concerns. Complete accurate documentation and follow care plans.

Qualifications: At least 2 years of professional caregiving or related experience. High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Compassion, patience, reliability, and professionalism. Ability to complete required background checks and drug screening. Reliable transportation and, when required for the assignment, a valid driver's license and insurance. Ability to safely perform assigned duties. Experience with dementia, transfers, Hoyer lifts, bedbound clients, and overnight care is a plus.

Important Expectations: Arrive on time and complete accepted shifts. Remain awake and attentive throughout overnight shifts. Follow care plans, safety procedures, and company policies. Maintain client confidentiality and professional boundaries. Complete required training and your resume, caregiving experience, qualifications, and complete availability.
