Senior Controller - Specialty Finance & Fintech

Craft Recruiting has partnered with a fast-growing commercial finance platform to recruit a hands-on Controller for an on-site leadership role in the Middletown Holmdel area of Monmouth County, NJ. This position leads the accounting department, owns month-end close, and partners with the CFO. The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of progressive accounting experience in specialty finance, a Master’s degree or MBA, and an active CPA is a strong plus. On-site work 4 days per week is required.
