Barback / Runner / Busser (Part-Time)

POSITION SUMMARY: Our 1 Wythe Avenue team is seeking Barbacks and Drink Runners. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while supporting Bartenders and floor staff across our Main Hall, private event spaces, Rooftop Terrace, everyday service, and private events.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Candidates should be comfortable performing a range of tasks and duties, including but not limited to: Restocking beer, liquor, mixers, ice, and glassware throughout each shiftChanging kegs and CO2 tanks, with the ability to lift or move 50 pounds or more preferred but not requiredCoordinating with the kitchen and expo teams during events and high-volume serviceBussing tables, running food and drinks, and properly disposing of and recycling wasteCleaning bars, ancillary event spaces, and restrooms, including sweeping and moppingRestocking supplies throughout the venueRemaining actively engaged in assigned tasks for extended periodsCreating and maintaining a friendly, welcoming, and safe environment for guests and staffQUALIFICATIONSMust be at least 21 years of ageComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentPrior barback, busser, or food and beverage support experience preferredStrong background in hospitality and/or community engagementFriendly and committed to making all guests feel welcomeTeam-oriented approach and a strong work ethicDeveloped knowledge of beer and the beer industry, or a genuine desire to learnAbility to communicate clearly and engage effectively with guests while maintaining a friendly sense of humorFluency in another language is strongly preferred but not requiredWORK SCHEDULEWednesday - Monday, closed Tuesdays. Variable hours and include evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs. COMPENSATIONThe base pay range for this part-time role is $11.35 per hour plus tips.
