About the role

Providing strategic leadership and instructional excellence, the full-time salaried Program Director, Educational Psychology will oversee the administration of the fully online graduate program, manage academic scheduling, and teach graduate-level courses while supporting the Christian mission of the university.
Key responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day administration of the Educational Psychology program and its specialized concentrations, ensuring compliance with academic policies and accreditation standards Teach graduate-level courses and collaborate with instructional designers to enhance online pedagogy and course quality Recruit, mentor, and evaluate adjunct faculty while providing academic and career advising to graduate students
Required qualifications: Earned Doctorate (Ph.D. or Ed.D.) in Educational Psychology, Behavior Analysis, or a closely related field Demonstrated experience in higher education program coordination or academic leadership Proven track record of high-quality graduate-level teaching or course development in an online format Deep understanding of best practices in online pedagogy and experience with Learning Management Systems Commitment to the mission and purpose of the university, including the ability to integrate a Christian worldview into teaching and mentorship
