The Pharmacy Technician role will function in a training capacity, working alongside a trainer/mentor while completing your job responsibilities in your respective pharmacy practice area. The role will assist pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and the care team in the storage, distribution, preparation, and handling of medications within Maine Health. The Pharmacy Technician will only perform competencies that they have completed in their knowledge-based courses and on the job training and are qualified to perform alongside a technician trainer/mentor or pharmacist.

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Certifications: Current or eligible for applicable state(s) license as a Pharmacy Technician.

The pay range for this position is $20.68to $25.10 per hour.
Compensation for part-time positions isdeterminedon a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
