Data Scientist / Analytics Lead – Gaming Focus -ONSITE S. Palm Beach County location We are seeking a highly agile Data Scientist to drive real-time insights that directly influence game performance, player behavior, and business decisions. This role requires someone who can think on their feet, connect patterns quickly, and translate data into action in a fast-moving gaming environment. What This Role DoesOwn game and business KPIs, from definition through ongoing optimization Build and evolve dashboards and analytics used daily by Game Design and Leadership Analyze player behavior, game performance, and experiments (A/B testing) Quickly identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities — and act on them Translate complex data into clear, compelling stories that drive decisions Partner closely with Game Designers, Product, and Management in a rapid-iteration environment

This is not a back-office analytics role. Success requires speed, curiosity, and judgment — someone who can spot patterns fast, ask the right questions, and influence outcomes in real time.
