Role Description:
The Retail Assistant Store Boutique Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Charlotte, NC at our Park Road Shopping Center boutique location. This position supports the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and inventory management. The role involves engaging directly with customers, providing styling advice, ensuring a welcoming store environment, and driving sales through exceptional service. The Assistant Store Boutique Manager also helps train and guide team members, coordinates schedules, and monitors performance to maintain high customer satisfaction standards. This role contributes to meeting store sales goals, upholding brand presentation, and fostering a collaborative team culture.
Qualifications:
Strong Communication skills to interact clearly with customers, team members, and leadership. Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to deliver a positive shopping experience and build repeat business. Sales skills to drive revenue, meet targets, and support promotional initiatives. Team Management skills to help lead, motivate, and develop store staff. Previous retail or boutique experience, preferably in apparel or fashion. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining visual merchandising standards. Reliable work ethic, integrity, and a customer-centered mindset.
