Job Full Description:
Ready to put your organization, communication, and problem-solving skills to work in a manufacturing environment? This Buyer/Planner role helps ensure materials arrive on time, inventory stays accurate, and production schedules stay on track. You'll work closely with suppliers and internal teams to support day-to-day operations and keep manufacturing running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in purchasing, inventory, manufacturing, customer service, or administrative support. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of procurement and production planning, strong analytical skills, and experience working within ERP/MRP systems (Oracle experience is a plus).
Responsibilities:
Purchase materials, parts, and services for production Create and track purchase orders Monitor inventory levels and help prevent shortages Schedule production work orders and support manufacturing timelines Communicate with suppliers regarding deliveries, pricing, and quality concerns Resolve order, inventory, and invoice discrepancies Update purchasing and planning information within the ERP system Work with production, engineering, customer service, and quality teams Support continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives
Skills & Qualifications:
