Location: Oil City, Pennsylvania, United States

Organization: Oil City Nursing and RehabAs a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for: Providing direct patient care to our residents, including administering medications, wound care, and IV therapy Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and treatment Monitoring and reporting any changes in resident condition to the charge nurse or physician Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment

Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN)

Licensure: Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Pennsylvania

Experience: 1+ year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a long-term care setting

Certifications: Current CPR certification and willingness to obtain other certifications as required by the facility
