Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes to increase productivity, improve quality, and reduce production costs. Create and maintain process documentation, work instructions, operation sheets, and manufacturing standards. Develop production methods and manufacturing sequences using engineering drawings, customer specifications, and quality requirements. Support new product introductions by developing manufacturing processes from raw material through finished product. Troubleshoot manufacturing, tooling, material, and quality issues while implementing effective corrective actions. Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, cost reduction, cycle time improvements, and process optimization. Implement engineering changes and maintain accurate manufacturing documentation. Partner with production, quality, purchasing, and supply chain teams to ensure successful product execution. Serve as a technical resource for manufacturing operations and support customer and supplier engineering requirements. Participate in root cause investigations and drive long-term process improvements. Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.5–10 years of manufacturing engineering experience; aerospace manufacturing experience preferred. Must qualify as a U.S. Person in accordance with ITAR regulations. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, machining methods, and engineering documentation. Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications. Proficiency with CAD software such as Solid Works, NX, or similar platforms. Experience machining nickel and titanium alloys is highly desirable. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Ability to travel up to 10% as needed.
