Residential Property Porter & Concierge On-Site

Rose Associates is seeking a dedicated Residential Property Porter to support residents and maintain the appearance of our properties in New York City. You will perform daily upkeep, assist with landscaping, and help with front desk duties and package delivery as needed. The role requires reliability, flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to move throughout the building to address issues and assist residents and staff.
