Senior Learning Specialist

Overview In this role you design and deliver training that supports individual growth and organizational performance within ASML’s high-tech environment. You will work closely with stakeholders to align learning with production goals and business needs, delivering both classroom and virtual sessions, including hands-on manufacturing training focused on safety and quality. You will plan programs, adapt to diverse learning styles, and contribute to continuous improvement. This on-site role in Wilton, CT offers opportunities to impact cross-functional teams and drive development in a cutting-edge setting. Responsibilities Deliver classroom and virtual training sessions using modern learning methods Facilitate hands-on manufacturing training with a focus on safety and quality Plan and manage training programs, including scheduling and stakeholder communication Adapt learning approaches to different learning styles and participation Collaborate with subject matter experts to curate and develop training content Maintain and update training materials for accuracy and consistency Support continuous improvement of training programs and organizational initiatives Travel up to 10% within the US and internationally Key requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant field 4+ years of experience as a trainer, educator, or learning facilitator Experience delivering training to adult learners in professional environments Experience supporting training in a technical or engineering environment preferred Strong written and verbal English communication skills Familiarity with digital learning tools and learning management systems is a plus Clear and confident communication with diverse audiences Facilitation of engaging learning experiences Cross-functional and global collaboration Proactive, solution-oriented mindset Digital learning tools Learning management systems (LMS)
