Team Transformation Facilitator & Leadership Coach

MCGARITY CONSULTING GROUP seeks an experienced facilitator to lead in-person team development engagements across a six-state region. The role covers discovery calls, designing agendas, and on-site sessions for intact teams (7–30 people), with after-session reporting and coaching for team leaders. Travel is reimbursed and flexible work-from-home options are available. The engagement spans three years, including two to three leadership webinars annually, supported by an internal design team.
