Superintendent - Ground up Multifamily Construction

Salary: $120,000–$160,000 Base + Benefits & Vehicle Allowance We are partnering with an established construction company seeking an experiencedSuperintendentto lead ground-up multifamily projects in the Los Gatos area. This is an excellent opportunity for a Superintendent who has successfully managed multifamily construction from the ground up and is looking for a long-term home with a strong organization.

Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day field operations for ground-up multifamily construction projectsOversee projects typically consisting ofthree-story multifamily buildingsCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, deliveries, and site logisticsMaintain project schedules and ensure milestones are achievedMonitor quality, safety, and workmanship throughout constructionWork closely with Project Managers, ownership, architects, engineers, and subcontractorsLead site meetings and proactively address field issuesManage projects from initial site activities through completion and turnoverQualificationsPrevious experience as aSuperintendent on ground-up multifamily construction projectsStrong understanding of multifamily construction and sequencingExperience managing projects from ground-up construction through closeoutAbility to effectively manage subcontractors and maintain project schedulesStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsCommitment to jobsite safety and qualityCompensation & BenefitsBase Salary: $125,000–$165,000, depending on experience.
