Overview
In this role you identify growth opportunities for Amphenol RF by analyzing RF markets, applications, and customer targets. You will support business development and product marketing through market mapping, lead analysis, and strategic market sizing, translating data into actionable insight. You’ll collaborate with regional sales, product marketing, and BD teams to boost visibility and credibility in key markets. Responsibilities Research emerging markets, applications, and technologies relevant to RF interconnect and cable assembly products Map RF content opportunities within end devices and identify where connectivity demands drive growth Develop and maintain target account lists and contact databases for strategic markets Consolidate and evaluate leads from website activity, trade shows, and third-party sources Qualify and prioritize leads for regional sales teams Assign and distribute leads by region and sales territory Support sales with account profiling and customer analysis Build TAM, SAM, and CAGR models for current and prospective markets Use Excel, AI tools, internal data, and external market reports to estimate market size and opportunity Develop market insights content and training materials for internal audiences Create market-informed website content to boost visibility in key markets Support strategy with quantitative and qualitative market analysis Provide market-focused training to internal teams Travel up to 10%Prepare presentations and reports communicating insights and recommendations
Key requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field 1–3 years of relevant experience in market research, business analysis, product marketing, sales support, or content development Strong proficiency in Excel, Power Point, and Microsoft Office applications Experience with market sizing, lead analysis, data mining, and market research tools preferred Familiarity with AI tools for research and productivity preferred Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills Ability to translate technical and market knowledge into clear, credible business content Analytical thinking Clear communication Organizational skills Excel Power Point Microsoft Office applications
