Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service by phone and email. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Coordinate shipments and communicate with freight carriers. Obtain freight quotes and schedule shipments. Resolve customer inquiries and shipping issues in a timely manner. Work closely with production, purchasing, and warehouse staff to ensure on-time deliveries. Maintain accurate customer records and order information. Perform general office and administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications: Previous customer service experience is required. Experience working with freight companies and coordinating shipments is required. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word). Experience with Quick Booksis a plus.
