You will join a curated team of senior artists in a boutique salon where standards are high, education is continuous, and every guest experience is intentional.
Job Description:
Deliver bespoke color, highlighting, blonding, extensions, and cutting services tailored to each individual guest
Lead thoughtful, in-depth consultations that translate a guest's vision into exceptional results
Uphold and elevate The Style Lounge standards of luxury service, hospitality, and artistry
Collaborate within a curated team — education days, mentorship, and shared growth
Recommend retail and at-home care with confidence, supporting every guest's results
Qualifications & Requirements: Massachusetts licensed cosmetologist
Five or more years of professional salon experience
An established or growing clientele
