What You Bring 15+ years of electrical construction experience, with a strong background in healthcare, data center or large commercial environments Project experience of at least $40 Million+ in electrical cost 5+ years as a supervisor, proven leadership managing large field teams and self‑perform electrical crews, at least 200+ employees Deep knowledge of NEC, NFPA 70/70E, NFPA 99, AHCA, ICRASafety certifications are required Ability to lead in active, sensitive healthcare environments where safety, compliance, and precision are non‑negotiable
