Penn Talent and Entertainment is an industry-connected acting school and talent managementcompany in the heart of Las Vegas. Our students learn from working actors and talent managers, andwe're growing. We're looking for someone with real acting industry knowledge to sell our schoolprograms and productions, and to be the first point of contact for new students and their families.
What you'll do:
- Follow up with leads and inquiries by phone, text, and email
- Run consultations with prospective students and their families
- Explain and sell our acting classes, programs, and productions
- Draft agreements, enrollment paperwork, proposals, and other documents
- Keep lead and enrollment info organized and up to date
- Work with our talent manager and admin team to keep things moving
- Represent the company at workshops and events
What we're looking for:
- Real industry experience (required): working knowledge of SAG-AFTRA, auditions, agents andmanagers, and how actors build a career
- Strong writing skills and the ability to draft clear, professional documents
- Comfortable talking with people and guiding them to a decision
- Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus
- Self-motivated and organized, able to manage your own follow-ups
- Calm and quick on your feet. We move fast, and you keep up without losing quality.
- Comfortable with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and a CRM or lead tracker
