Strategic HR Director: Health, Talent & Wellness

Bozeman Health is seeking a System Director of Human Resources and Employee Health to provide strategic leadership across HR, employee health, housing, physician compensation and recruitment. Reporting to the CHRCO, the role guides workforce strategy, labor relations, and regulatory compliance across a multi-state system. The position requires a Bachelor's degree plus 15 years HR experience with at least 5 years in management; a Master’s and SHRM certification are preferred.
