Production Associate – Cleanroom Operations (M/F/D)
Tasks:
Perform scheduled cleaning, sanitization and disinfection activities within ISO Class 7 and 8 cleanrooms and associated controlled areas Follow approved procedures for cleanroom behavior, gowning, cleaning and operational activities Complete room and equipment logbooks accurately and in accordance with applicable documentation standards Monitor, stock and organize cleaning materials, gowning supplies and production consumables Support production and packaging activities when required Assist with laboratory cleaning, glassware handling and general housekeeping activities Provide occasional support with inventory management and material organization Work in compliance with applicable safety, environmental and radiation-protection procedures
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is advantageous Approximately 1–3 years of general professional experience Previous cleanroom, controlled-environment, manufacturing or industrial-cleaning experience preferred Pharmaceutical, biotechnology or GMP manufacturing experience is beneficial but not mandatory Basic understanding of cGMP requirements and controlled documentation is advantageous
Requirements:
Reliable, punctual and detail-oriented approach to work Ability to follow written procedures and document completed activities accurately Comfortable performing routine, hands-on cleaning and sanitization activities Willingness to work fully on-site within a two-shift model, including evenings or weekends when required Comfortable wearing protective clothing, gloves and safety equipment in a laboratory and manufacturing environment Ability to work in an environment where radioactive materials are handled under established safety controls Physically capable of lifting and moving materials weighing up to 50 pounds Strong teamwork, communication and organizational skills Start: ASAP
Duration:
Initial contract of 6+ months, with the possibility of an extension or transition into a permanent position Capacity: 5 days per week
Location: Indianapolis, USA – fully on-site
