Main Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare menu items including hamburgers, grilled chicken, fries, onion rings, etc. Prepare menu items using flat top grill, gas fire grill, fryers Prepare speciality menu items, as requested Work with and mentor college student employees Cheerfully greet and serve Dining Service guests Option to work in the concession stand, as available All other duties as assigned PrerequisitesMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in the food industry, preferred.
