Job Title: Instructional Designer

Role:
The Moore Group is seeking a Instructional Designer to provide innovative digital training solutions for pharmaceutical companies.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with subject matter experts to understand training needs and design solutions to meet those needs.
Design and build short videos for the purpose of marketing, training or communications.
Design and build newsletters, posters and e-signs for various internal organizations.
Develop web-based training for internal systems training using Articulate Storyline (includes drafting storyboards, design templates, full design and development, posting to LMS).
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, Educational Technology, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
Instructional Design Experience: 5+ years creating training or learning experiences. Knowledge of ADDIE, SAM, adult learning theory, Bloom's Taxonomy, and/or other learning frameworks.
E-learning development: Experience creating online courses, modules, simulations, or interactive learning.
Authoring tools: Familiarity with tools such as Articulate Storyline/Rise, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or similar platforms.
LMS experience: Ability to build, upload, manage, and track courses in systems such as Moodle, Canvas, Cornerstone, Workday Learning, etc.
Content development: Strong writing, editing, storyboarding, and instructional content skills.
Required Start Time: Daily start time of 8 a.m. US-ET is required due to national and international operations.
