Applicants for the Managing Director position should have a Bachelor's degree, with a JD being a plus, and a minimum of 10 years' experience in legal or professional services. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills are essential.
The role requires the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and a strong background in business development within the FLC or related industry is highly valued. The ideal candidate will be adept at networking, have a deep understanding of the FLC services, and be capable of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
