Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients upon entry, performing comprehensive assessments to develop tailored treatment plans based on individual needs and conditions. Implement and oversee hands-on therapies, utilizing manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, and advanced modalities designed to improve patient mobility and alleviate pain. Regularly monitor and document patient progress through electronic health record (EHR) systems, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal results. Educate patients and their families on effective home exercise programs and lifestyle changes that contribute to overall wellness and injury prevention. Stay updated with the latest advancements in the field of physical therapy and incorporate evidence-based practices into daily sessions to enhance patient care. Patient Population / Client Focus Our facility caters to a diverse patient population encompassing a variety of conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation, sports-related injuries, chronic pain management, and neurological disorders. As a Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work closely with patients ranging from children to the elderly, helping them regain independence and improve quality of life. Your compassionate approach will be essential in addressing both their physical and emotional needs during their recovery journey.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. A valid Physical Therapist license for the state of Florida. Minimum of 3 years of experience in physical therapy or related fields, with a focus on patient-centered care. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Strong clinical skills, with a commitment to staying current with industry best practices and developments. Preferred Experience Previous experience in a rehabilitation setting is preferred, particularly in outpatient physical therapy. Compensation and Benefits:
The compensation for this Full-Time Physical Therapist role ranges from USD 90,000 to 120,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
