TicketKings AI & Automation Engineer, Full-Time, In Person (Miami Office) About TicketKingsTicketKings is a live event ticket distributor based in Miami. We buy tickets to concerts, sporting events, comedy shows, and festivals across North America and sell them on every major ticketing marketplace. We've been profitable since day one and have doubled in size every year since. We're a team of about 30 people, with our core team in our Miami office.
About the Role:
We're hiring our first Software Engineer focused on AI and automation. Working directly with our CEO and VP of Technology, you'll help build the tools that support our day to day operations across multiple core functions across the business.
What You'll Do:
- Automate and optimize core functions across the business, including pricing, back office and finance, and operations workflows
- Build and maintain the data pipelines and dashboards our team relies on every day
- Build internal AI assistants that give the team fast answers on inventory, sales, and performance
- Build tools that make our research faster and sharper
- Own daily reporting across the business
- Work with our CEO to decide what to build next, then ship it quickly
- What You've Done3–5 years building software, with strong Python and SQLBuilt integrations with third-party APIs and run data pipelines in production
- Automated operations in e-commerce, marketplaces, logistics, fintech, or similar
- Built quickly with AI coding tools
- Interest in live events is a plus
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. now and in the future without visa sponsorship
What We Offer:
- $150,000 – $200,000 base salary plus bonus
