This role is vital in supporting the delivery of high-quality, telehealth services by coordinating patient care, facilitating communication between patients and multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring the use of innovative telehealth technologies. As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator RN Tele, you will play a significant role in extending our services through telehealth, allowing more patients to receive the care they need from the comfort of their homes. Coordinate patient care across telehealth services, ensuring efficient and effective delivery. Facilitate seamless communication between patients, family members, and healthcare professionals. Support the design and implementation of telehealth protocols and procedures. Monitor and maintain standards of practice in telehealth services. Participate in patient and family education on telehealth processes and technology. Assist in training staff on telehealth equipment and innovations. Proficient in telehealth technologies and platforms Strong clinical skills in a hospital setting Excellent communication and coordination skills Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida BLS/ACLS Certification Certification in telehealth (preferred but not required)
