Environmental Proposals Coordinator

You will support Proposal Managers in developing high-quality proposals and SOQs, gathering and refining content, and ensuring timely, brand-consistent submissions. The role emphasizes collaboration with BD leaders, strong formatting, and experience with MS Word, PowerPoint, and InDesign. Office flexibility includes Seattle or Irvine, with no relocation offered.
