About the role

Job Summary: We are looking for an L1 Field Engineer to provide onsite IT support and handle IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities. The ideal candidate should have good troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience with desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware.

Responsibilities: Perform onsite Install, Move, Add, Change (IMAC) activities. Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, and other IT equipment. Set up and relocate workstations and network-connected devices. Perform hardware replacement and basic troubleshooting. Assist users with basic desktop and technical issues. Follow site procedures and maintain proper documentation. Coordinate with remote support teams when required. Complete assigned tickets and provide timely status updates.

Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in Field/Desktop Support. Hands-on experience with IMAC services. Knowledge of Windows OS, desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals. Basic understanding of networking and troubleshooting. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to work onsite and handle IT equipment
