SUPERVISORY EQUIPMENT SPECIALIST

Duties: You will provide the necessary managerial and administrative duties associated with the operation of the division and oversee their implementation. You will be responsible for planning and scheduling work on a long-range basis, ensuring schedules and established priorities are met. You will ensure the development and formulation of the division's budget for all labor, equipment, materials, training, etc., funds for the coming fiscal year. You will be responsible for resource planning and training of employees in the Division. You will assign work operation of subordinate Branches with one another; attempt to eliminate potential bottlenecks. You will develop, prepare, review, and maintain division memos and instructions to establish internal procedures.
