StevenDouglas is partnering with a growing international organization on a key hire for its finance team, and I’d love to connect with strong FP&A leaders who know their way around capital projects. This is the principal execution and analytical partner to the Head of Finance. You’ll own portfolio reporting across HQ, a development pipeline, and multiple project entities in the U.S. and Europe, with a full slate of additional projects moving from formation through construction and into operations.
What you’ll do:
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, with variance analysis and clear recommendations Oversee finance teams both domestic and international, and raise the bar on reporting quality and timeliness Ensure controls for major construction projects: budgets, commitments, change orders, cost to complete, and funding needs Manage the forecasting process and consolidate a portfolio-wide cash and liquidity outlook Build scalable reporting infrastructure
What we’re looking for:
