This role will partner closely with leadership and the Solutions Team to ensure projects are effectively managed from concept through execution and completion.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage department initiatives and strategic projects from planning through project progress and performance using tools such as dashboards, reports, etc.Partner with cross-functional teams to identify operational gaps, streamline workflows, and improve business processesSupport the Solutions Team in driving projects to completion and ensuring deliverables stay on trackCoordinate meetings, project timelines, action items, and stakeholder communicationsCreate and maintain project documentation including:PowerPoint presentationsOne-pagersSwimlane/process flow diagramsProposal packagesExecutive summariesStatus reportsContribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and toolsEvaluate current project workflows and methodologies to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.Develop and implement best practices and strategies to optimize project planning, execution, and delivery.Work closely with project teams, stakeholders, and department heads to ensure alignment and buy-in for optimization with internal teams to develop and implement change management strategies that support the transition to new processes.Work closely with department heads and senior leaders to identify operational challenges, streamline processes, and ensure continuous improvement initiatives align with business objectives.Oversee multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and aligned with business priorities.Identify potential risks associated with new process implementations and develop strategies to mitigate them.Collaborate with technology vendors to identify and integrate new systems that can improve operational efficiencies.Assist with process mapping, workflow optimization, and operational standardization effortsDrive accountability and follow-up to ensure projects move forward efficiently and deadlines are metOther DutiesPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of this employee for this job.
