Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting legal research and analyzing case law
- Drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery documents.
- Representing clients at depositions, hearings, and status conferences.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
Active member in good standing with the Virginia State Bar, required, Maryland and/or Washington, D.C. also considered.
Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
$100,000-$200,000, commensurate with experience level and bar admissions (VA, DC, MD) Health insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, bar dues coverage, performance bonuses, etc.
