Provide direct support and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities. Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. Utilize behavior management techniques to promote positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of client information. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to coordinate services effectively. Provide training and support to staff on best practices in patient care.

Strong understanding of patient care principles and behavior management techniques. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients, families, and team members. Experience in developing care plans is highly desirable. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. CPR/First aid certification is a plus.
