Partners Personnel is currently hiring Warehouse Associates for a manufacturing facility in Penn Yan, NY. This is a full-time, first-shift opportunity offering a consistent Monday-Friday schedule and competitive pay of $20.81 per hour. If you have warehouse, material handling, shipping/receiving, or manufacturing experience and are looking for steady daytime hours, we want to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities: Receive, move, organize, and stage materials throughout the facility. Pick and prepare materials, parts, or products for production and shipment. Load and unload materials as needed. Maintain accurate inventory and material counts. Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse operations. Verify materials and products for accuracy and quality. Safely use material-handling equipment as trained and authorized. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Follow established safety procedures and work instructions. Work closely with production and warehouse team members to keep materials moving efficiently. Perform other warehouse and material-handling duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Previous warehouse, manufacturing, shipping/receiving, or material-handling experience is preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Dependable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Ability to perform the physical requirements associated with a warehouse environment.
