About the role
Fratesi's Pizza is looking for a dough person. This is a craft position. You work on the dough process for our pizza restaurant, including mixing, sheeting, and portioning. The position works directly with our owner and the head of the doughmaking process.
The job:
Mix, sheet, and portion dough- Keep the dough station and equipment clean- No service shifts
Schedule: 5:30 am start- Monday through Thursday
What we're looking for:
Consistency and reliability are the priorities- Experience is a plus but not necessary- Able to lift 50 lb flour bags
Pay: $21+/hr
