Chophousent seeks a Garde Manger Chef to craft and assemble cold dishes, salads, and appetizers with precision and artistry. You will collaborate with the Executive/Head Chef and Sous Chefs to develop innovative items while upholding top quality, hygiene, and consistency. You will prepare and present cold items with visual flair, ensure proper storage and cross-contamination controls, and comply with health and safety regulations. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts may be required.
