Senior Production Supervisor Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring an Senior Production Supervisor for a manufacturing company in Maple Grove, MN. In this role, youll oversee daily production operations, lead a team of manufacturing employees, and help maintain high standards of quality, efficiency, and safety. Supervise, mentor, and motivate production operators, technicians, and assembly workers Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining quality and efficiency standards Monitor product quality and conduct inspections and audits of finished products Address production issues and implement corrective actions to maintain quality requirements Enforce workplace safety policies, procedures, and training requirements Coordinate daily production activities and support continuous improvement initiatives Lead and support teams in a fast-paced HVAC manufacturing environment Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment required Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to lead, coach, and develop employees from diverse backgrounds Knowledge of quality assurance processes and manufacturing standards Understanding of workplace safety regulations and procedures Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting and manage multiple priorities Enjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
