Commercial HVAC Service Technician

Russells Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Electrics is hiring an experienced commercial HVAC/R service technician. Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on commercial heating and cooling systems while advising clients on repair options. This full-time role includes a company vehicle, tools, uniforms, and year-round work. Troubleshoot mechanical systems up to 50 tons. Perform preventive maintenance on heating and cooling systems. Follow company safety guidelines and customer requirements. Discuss repair options with clients and present estimates. Build customer relationships and understand service needs. Use company software and follow repair policies and pricing.
