Requirements:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
- Washington state BCBA license (or willingness to obtain)
- Willingness to be fingerprinted through OSPIExperience supporting K-12 students is a plus
- Supervisory experience or interest in overseeing BSAs valued
Responsibilities:
- Provide behavioral assessments and interventions for K-12 students
- Supervise and mentor district-wide BSAsCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop effective behavior plans
- Document progress and maintain thorough records in compliance with school and state standards
