Transformation Specialist Mobility & Convenience | Strategy & Transformation We're partnering with a global industry leader seeking a Transformation Specialist to help shape and execute strategic initiatives across its Mobility & Convenience business. This is an excellent opportunity for a strategy-minded professional with a background in consulting, corporate strategy, transformation, investment banking, or business analysis who enjoys solving complex business challenges and driving measurable impact.
What You'll Do:
As a key member of the Strategy & Transformation team, you'll work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to develop strategic recommendations, support high-priority transformation programs, and help turn business objectives into actionable results.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting strategy development through market, customer, competitive, and financial analysis
- Driving execution of major transformation initiatives and strategic programs
- Developing business cases, investment proposals, and value assessments
- Conducting research on market trends, customer behavior, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics
- Building executive-level presentations, reports, and strategic recommendations
- Partnering with teams across Operations, Finance, Digital, Sustainability, Product, and Policy functions
- Tracking program milestones, performance metrics, and implementation plans
- Helping leadership evaluate growth opportunities and strategic investments
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus 10+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, consulting, corporate strategy, business analysis, private equity, or investment banking environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience developing executive presentations and communicating with senior stakeholders
- Knowledge of financial modeling, business case development, and investment analysis
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Preferred Experience
- Energy, Oil & Gas, Mobility, Transportation, Retail, or Convenience industry exposure
- Experience supporting large-scale transformation or strategic growth initiatives
- Background in top-tier consulting or corporate strategy organizations
