Owning the data backbone for quality decisions, the full-time remote Quality Data & Finished Goods Specification Manager will manage quality data analytics, lead the development of finished good specifications, and drive actionable insights from complaints and non-conformance data.
Key responsibilities:
Own all quality data analytics and processing to drive department decision-making
Lead the design of key data trending related to complaints and non-conformances
Develop and enforce finished good specifications across the co-manufacturer network
Required qualifications:
5+ years in quality data analytics or continuous improvement within food or beverage manufacturing
Experience developing finished good specifications, including process parameters and product testing
Familiarity with eQMS platforms and quality data reporting tools
Strong analytical skills with a focus on actionable insights from quality data
Ability to drive corrective actions cross-functionally within a co-manufacturer network
