  • Comfort Experts is looking for an experienced leader to help grow our Residential HVAC Department. We’re a smaller, locally owned company with big goals, and we need someone who is ready to take ownership, develop people, and turn ideas into results.
  • You’ll work side by side with the owner to recruit great technicians and sales professionals, strengthen our current team, and build the organization and accountability needed for continued growth.
  • We’re looking for someone who can:
  • Recruit, coach, and retain people who fit our team and values.
  • Lead residential service and sales with clear goals and consistent follow-through.
  • Build structure, improve processes, and keep the department organized.
  • Help technicians present options confidently and honestly.
  • Track performance, support the team, and deliver a great customer experience.
  • Work closely with the owner to put a shared vision into action.
