HR Programs Lead: Community Impact & Inclusion

CIM Group in Los Angeles is seeking a Sr. Analyst to lead enterprise-wide HR programs focused on community impact, diversity and inclusion, and employee experiences. You will translate strategy into detailed project plans and coordinate across HR, communications, the Social Impact Advisory Group, ERGs, business leaders, nonprofits, and vendors. This hands-on role requires strong project management, stakeholder relationships, data-driven reporting, and the ability to design scalable processes.
