Uniti is seeking an Associate Principal Wholesale Solutions to be the primary customer advocate during the operations lifecycle. You will coordinate across the Wholesale Business Unit and support functions to drive a best-in-class customer experience and monitor service performance.
You will prepare Customer Business Reviews, review metrics, perform root-cause analysis, and drive actions with cross-functional teams to improve revenue growth and profitability.
