Engineering And Maintenance Manager

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement engineering, maintenance, reliability, automation, and asset management strategies across multiple plants. Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs, equipment reliability improvements, and CMMS initiatives. Partner with Plant Managers to improve equipment uptime, productivity, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). Lead capital projects from planning and budgeting through installation, commissioning, and startup. Drive continuous improvement using World Class Manufacturing (WCM), TPM, Lean, root cause analysis, and other reliability methodologies. Establish engineering standards for equipment, instrumentation, controls, automation, and maintenance practices. Troubleshoot complex equipment failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Manage departmental budgets, capital investments, contractors, and technical resources. Lead and mentor engineers, project managers, and plant maintenance teams.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Industrial Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 7–10 years of progressive experience in engineering, maintenance, reliability, or manufacturing leadership. Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance, CMMS, asset management, and root cause analysis. Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional teams. Strong leadership, analytical, project management, and communication skills.
