Full-Time or Part-Time | Monday–FridayAt Basin Dentistry, we believe great hygiene starts with having the time and support to provide quality care. We’re looking for a skilled and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our established Midland team. With60-minute hygiene appointments, competitive base pay, and additional bonus opportunities, this is an opportunity to focus on your patients while being rewarded for the work you do. Full-time is preferred, but we’re also open to part-time for the right hygienist. What You’ll Do:
- Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal care, including prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, periodontal charting, fluoride treatments, and sealants
- Perform oral health assessments and take digital X-rays as needed
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
- Review medical histories and accurately document clinical findings
- Collaborate with doctors on treatment planning and continuity of care
- Maintain infection-control and clinical standards
- Help create a comfortable, positive experience for every patient
Qualifications:
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong clinical and patient communication skills
- Knowledge of dental practice management software
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
- Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
