About the role

You know how to sell. Put your skills to work from home, with leads provided and no cold calling. At First American Home Warranty, you’ll be making sales for a trusted, established home warranty brand with an award-winning company culture. This is a 100% remote role in a structured, goal-focused environment. We expect you to bring the selling skills; we’ll help you learn our product and process. Compensation Base Salary Uncapped Commissions$3,000 Sign On Bonus Commission Guarantee for the first 90 days
What You’ll Do: Make high-volume outbound calls to provided leads—no cold calling. Lead consultative sales conversations, handle objections, and close. Work toward clear goals and document activity in the CRM.Use coaching and product knowledge to strengthen your results.
What You’ll Bring: A proven record in outbound, B2C, telemarketing, or inside sales. Confidence closing sales and overcoming objections by phone. Persistence and resilience in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment. Strong communication skills; Salesforce or similar CRM experience is a plus.
