Phlebotomy Donor Services Lead

Versiti in Michigan seeks a Donor Services Supervisor to lead and develop staff, oversee blood and blood component procurement, and ensure quality, cost, and production goals are met across sites and mobile drives. You will supervise Donor Services associates, provide coaching and training, ensure regulatory compliance with CLIA, FDA and SOPs, and serve as a key liaison with donors, patients and coordinators while supporting donor recruitment efforts.
