About the role

Job Description: We're hiring an experienced Nurse Practitioner with a strong background in internal medicine and managed care to support several primary care clinics in the Southwest Orlando area.
What You'll Do:
  • Provide high-quality primary care coverage for clinics experiencing PTO gaps, census spikes, or staffing shortages
  • Deliver comprehensive internal medicine care to an adult population
  • Utilize your managed care expertise to support HEDIS measures, accurate MRA coding, and quality outcomes
  • Collaborate with clinic leadership to ensure continuity of care across patient panels
  • Adapt quickly to new clinic environments while maintaining consistent, patient-centered care

Compensation & Benefits:
  • $120,000 - $140,000 base salary, depending on experience
